I've only last weekend moved a friends car ( VS ute ) back to his house after 11 years in the paint shop, dropped and replaced the oil - new battery - new fuel float/sender and a tank of fresh fuel and surprisingly the tyres were still in great condition with no flat spots...though by the time to car got back to his house the rear tyres had miraculously become bald
11 YEARS in a paint shop . Explain that one !!!
you also can jack the car up so that the tyres are just touching with no weight on them and no over extended suspension droop

So why was it there again?
I would depressurise the tyres, too.
11 years is not that long. I've had my commode for 16 years and it still feels great. Mind you, the paint's stuffed.
