Besides to most obvious offences that you can get a ticket/fine/ban:
Parking illegally
speeding
drink driving
using a phone whist driving
undue care and attention
etc

what is the most obscure offences that will get you a ticket/fine or even a ban where you live.

Not me - the missus - but I pulled some strings and got that quashed.

They're so obscure down her I don't know them....

I once go booked A$80 for not stopping at a stop sign. Slowed down to almost a stop as no cars in sight for say 500 metres kept moving.. A cop was parked about 500metres away came zooming down and booked me.  Was on my way to an alarm call out at one of my previous employments but Cop would be swayed!!! :roll:
