at the moment its 29c and 75% humidity. blowing a gail and looks like we could get a thunder storm.

Delightfully crisp -2^oC setting off for work this morning. The heated wipers took care of about an inch of the windscreen at the bottom while a 5 minute idle cleared most of the rest of the glass of hardened ice.

Got to work 44 miles later and temp showing a vastly unchanged -2^oC, so I decided to hit the washer button.

Big mistake.

Nah, just a long grindy noise from the blades as they tried to free themselves

A couple of minutes of wiper heating sorted that out, tho the ensuing water didn't do much cleaning - it just froze in a left-to-right streak kinda way

Oh, that is OK then, we had that happen once or twice at our old place at that sort of temperature..

Snowy a little bit, windy and -20*C outside, though it was -26*C in the morning and the temperature is said to drop lower tomorrow (-28*C probably).
Despite the severe temperatures my car starts just prefect.

Right now it is -13 C, a light breeze so it is quite cold. Here the time is 20.15

Just been on a 300 km trip. My black car is not black anymore, I hate that salt on the roads. 

Well, I both hate and love it. It makes the roads good enough to drive normally, but the car looks like BEEEP with all that salt on the road.

I saw that on Facebook.. very thoughtful (our Rabbit seems to cope with the odd frost ok) haven't heard him complain..

Well they tighten up a bit, but they are where they should be

I'm from Denmark - that's just south of Norway. We should have warmer weather than Norway and most of Sweden and Russia.

I'm used to the cold temperatures, but that doesn't mean I like those temperatures.     Why do you think we drive all the way to Croatia every Summer..

The -19 was just this morning, during the day it has been - 6 to -10 and the sun have been shining all day, so it is nice weather.
