One factor in the choice of LED DRL's is car styling. Hyundai decided to make a styling statement with the i30 by installing a row of LED's similar to the fashion originated by Audi. KIA have decided to install a plain DRL lamp in the Ceed which is functional but not a bold styling statement.Yer pays yer money and yer teks yer pick............
Thanks Misha, Should be a simple matter to get a LED type from ebay, be careful that the LED's will fit through the hole in the reflector. Some people have been caught in the past.
KIA (my car: Luxe) has got P21/5WXL
QuoteKIA (my car: Luxe) has got P21/5WXL ......is that the car in the photo? If so is that a 21watt fog lamp bulb and a 5w DRL bulb?
Good Chinese sellers show all dimensions of the led's, measure the existing bulb for a guide.
Do you want to change them or not
If you change from filament to LED, watch out for your dashboard display blinking

I've found that bulbs that use 5050 LEDs aren't bright enough. The newer generation LED bulbs - as in the link below - may be better for DRLs.http://detail.tmall.com/item.htm?id=14239437187&
