I think it just proves how one can act in circumstances that place them under extreme duress.

I've often heard of cases like this where people can perform acts of super human strength when faced with situations where they must act to save a loved one. Whether or not it's adrenaline that enables people to perform these acts is of no consequence, it's the fact that they can do it when necessary.

Good on the young man, I bet his Grandpa is very grateful and very proud of his grandson.
