I still haven't heard anything from Qantas. They didn't even bother to call me back but I will most definitely be following up on it again.

You don't have to write a song, why not explain your problem to the world on You Tube, in a rational manner and see what happens. without crossing the line, bad publicity always gets a response. If you don't say or do anything illegal then they've got nothing on you.  :mad:

It doesn't have to be you, you could appoint a proxy, even an actor, say Sam Kekovitch, Dame Edna or even Les Petterson. I'm sure, people would notice.  :neutral:
