+ my 4 days-on-shift is over, so I will be resting for the next 4 days
+ my weight has gone down to 92.5 from 100.5 since the beginning of April, so the trend is positive

 + My fellow co-workers were really pleased to see me after working at another store for a week  It has still got me mystified why  (I'm only there 4 hours a day) 

- I think I actually put 2kg on while on our trip 91kg - 93kg

I weigh 79kg . I am 182 cm tall and my waist size is only 88 cm. Do you think I might be anorexic?......

I am 173 cm tall and my desired weight is 75kg (it is 91.7 now)


+ I have received SMS this morning, that informed me about money transferring, a transaction was conducted by a company I worked in till the beginning of April 
- I woke up early today, at 9 o'clock in the morning, though it is my day off, so I expected to sleep till 12 at least

+ I have good health, a lovely wife and daughter and have never been unemployed.

- I have failed to take that next step on the career ladder 4 times in the last 6 years (senior posts for technicians are few and far between), the latest being this week and it feels a bit sore right now

I have big bones. I am 177 cm "tall". I am happy how I look at 85 Kg (It will happen - but not overnight) I did get down to 77kg in 1996 (mainly due to stress) that didn't suit me 

I still have my Eliptical Strider making an imprint in my office carpet

 A pretty good sport to take up though - it can be done in any weather providing you're wearing the right protection.

+ Perhaps being reserve candidate twice in a row is not so bad, the next step can't be that far away......

- My father-in-law is in hospital 25 years after a brain haemorrhage with blocked vessels in his leg.  He has to undergo a 4.5h operation tomorrow to try and fix it, but the last time this happened they feared they may have to amputate.  Difficult to explain that medicine has moved on a lot since the last time to a 78 year old with vascular dementia
