Thanks for your kind thoughts, guys.

I've had three mothers in law. (like Dazz I guess.).
The first conformed to all the bad things that mothers in law are supposed to be.
However, the last two more than made up for her.
They were both friendly and welcomed me into their families.
Unfortunately all three have passed on.
Sad times. My thoughts are with you and your family.

She was my first, and only I hope, mother in law, and she was a very nice person, allway so happy when we came to visit.
Unfortunately she got the lung cancer.

P.S.: my suggestion is to set up an international club's meeting somewhere in France (it is preferable for our friends from UK, I think), Germany,Sweden, Finland or any other Schengen state (up to 3 days, in my case). Look forward to your ideas

That is sad.. We have got really attached to Smokey our new kitten (who is now really big - much bigger than Milo was) we would be very sad if anything happened to him 

We have Myxomatosis over here which can effect pet rabbits but ours remains healthy (touch wood)

I've previously suggested an international meet in South Korea. 

South Korea requires visa to enter, I think, anyway there is a direct flight from Saint-Petersburg, operated in summer time only.

+ I have been riding my bicycle for two days already
+ riding contributes in weight drop, that is below 90kg now
+ I have got in touch with a cousin, who I had never met nor known about her existence (she lives in Kazakhstan, so do my grandparents)
+ I have come across many i30 today both while driving and riding

+ At last we have enjoyed a day devoid of continuous torrential rain

-  It has been dull and gloomy all day - makes me want to cut my wrists because it is so depressing

+ Our home cooked fish, chip and mushy peas dinner was magnificent. Even the bottle of Australian Hardy's Chardonnay wine failed to spoil it.

-  My wife had a bad asthma attack and + spent most of the day in bed

+ My chosen candidate in the local Council elections won his seat today

-  Next door's cat crapped in our flower border again today

+ I cleaned the car, took some photos and worked out how to post the piccies in the Forum Gallery today

-  Tony Blair has announced he is ready to take up a political position again

+ Next door's cat has got a sore arse - it made a return journey and my catapult was to hand.

-  I just had to mow the lawns today - even though they were soaking wet. Who knows when we might get another day with no continuous rain.

+  The gorgeous blonde girl next door told my wife she (the neighbour) is pregnant (and I am not a suspect)

- from a recent time until the middle of June a road to Kolpino is stuck in a big traffic jam (a near highway is under repair, so everyone tends to bypass that place via my city)
