+ I had a faint knock in my car today when I went around corners. Because I have poor hearing I thought it was coming from behind me but my friend who I showed the car to today worked out it was my sunglasses in the overhead holder. (it is not as well padded as the previous model - but I fixed it now)

This morning I have had - Ibruprofen, Evening Primrose Oil, Flax oil, Green Mussell extract and Glucosomine sulphate. We are a bit short of sharks over here, but I'll certainly watch out for them ... arthritis cream might help too even though i'm pretty sure its the cartilage.
