Having once tried Swedish/Finnish liquorice candies and got used to drink coffee with no sugar I do not find this chocolate bitter, no

Just busy at work.  All last week was doing night shift on the Emergency Helicopter so the others could continue fighting the fires (yes they are still going).  This week has been instructing on the Twin Squirrel (funny thing is that my student used to be my instructor and taught me how to instruct)
