BTW, there was a recent divorce case in Hobart that made the local news. There was concern over the result. The coupe wasn't sure that if they did get a divorce whether or not they would still be brother and sister.

- tenants at one of the rentals report aircon not working (43 deg today).
- useless agents had no idea they had forgotten to schedule summer service to the evap system.
+ I drove straight to the house to set the aircon
- I didn't have a ladder
+ I got onto the roof by leaping from the edge of the fence
- the drive belt was hanging loose and there was no water flowing when turned on
+ I refitted the belt (no tools), located and turned on the water tap, refitted the panels, all done and working
- aircon guy turns up, nothing for him to do, I'm concerned agent's feeble attempt to make good by calling tradesman will cost me
+ aircon guy, Peter, introduces himself, explains he removes belt to avoid kinking over winter and says he won't charge because I did all the work

I get haunted by places wanting to do annual servicing of things like our roller door @ around $110 a time (-)

and our Air Con at big $$ (-)

when you blokes are talking about cutting your own hair,thats fine when your bald or you shave your head,a mullet needs more attention than a quit flick witha set of clippers.

Mind you if I do go to cut my own hair it is with the dog clippers and generally a medical clip
