You did well (better than be) Although I know a few in their 60's and older who still haven't been caught!

- was 20+ here overnight, even with a fan over out bed I sweated like a pig.. (no offence meant Dave)

+ I lost 1.4 Kg (now back to 93 kg)

Yes, I like waterbeds. Had a hard sided one for a few years and a soft sided one more recently.

You don't see them around much now though.

The way I drive they should have had me in my first year. Few close calls ducking down side streets though.

Congrats on the 1.4kg. I been back on the bike last 2 nights. Very hard after nearly a month off. But can't go play with Jeep in the rain so that's ok.

Thanks Tim (just had a slice of Chocolate Bavarian to celebrate)

+ Went out for tea with Trish last night (the least I could do seeing as I had a holiday and she didn't)
+ Saw a guy walk away from a slot machine where you win Chocolates (in the bistro foyer) We heard a noise that sounded like a few chocolates had fallen into the shoot... When he was out of sight I checked and there were 12 assorted chockies in there...

- I'm on a diet (so not good timing)

- the guest now viewing this thread might be the guy who was walking away from the machine..

- Got a fine from the council for parking my car on the footpath AU$89.00. Would have been cheaper to park on the road and create a traffic obstruction apparently.
- I don't like council inspector's.
- Printed on the laser for the 1st time in 6 months, it ran out of toner half way through.

last year I got my first one in 30 odd years and the reason is that we were flying out and 20 minutes from leaving home , we realized we forgot something, so had to go back........picked up the ticket 5min after leaving home from a camera on the side of the road while trying to make up a bit of time.......jeezez

Makes sense to me.
Don't worry we ditched our sensible tea for hot chips and scallops and had mars bar ice creams for desert.

My fine is $254 for doing 101km/h in an 80km/h zone. He got me about 300m after it went from 110 to 80. No excuses or argument I was in the wrong (didn't want to give him any desire to take a closer look at the Jeep either)

I've had no speeding tickets since I bought the i30, just the feel of the car deters me from speeding for some reason...unlike the 2003 Mitsubishi Mirage I traded which was an absolute pocket rocket and even when I thought I was driving fine I was still speeding

She is a girl first of all

, she drives Skoda Octavia and before that she had Hyundai Getz. She does also collect coins

- Going to be a busy Friday for me as we are moving some server cabinets and equipment for the govt. today, and it is already 23*C outside and it's just past 7 in the morning

+ I zeroed my consumption when I filled up last night and somehow managed to get all the traffic lights green from my boss' house to mine (18km drive), and ended up with this

Today it will most probably go back to the usual 7.6l/100km that it has been stuck on for the past 4000 km
