@meehalych you should come to Australia for a visit :) averaging 20c throughout the days here in Perth currently heading into our winter.
I'd like to, but it seems a challenge to get an Australian visa
+ Flying to Istambul from 23 till 26 June (a flight schedule to Armenia, Erevan turned out to be inconvenient to me)

Really! I thought we were fairly easy to get into for simple holiday visits unless you have criminal history, are you a criminal meehalych :winker:

You could always ask one of us Aussie members to go as a referral on your Visa application, then you'd owe me a coffee :D

4 weeks process time and an application has to be done in Moscow (the application via the internet appears to be unavailable for Russia - it is not in the list), although there is Australian consulate in Saint-Peteresburg.

Thanks  :)  I have checked up a visa application form and there is a special field for local friends details to be listed there.

One thing for sure - a trip to Australia has to be planned in advance.

+ Istanbul: airticket and hotel booked for 4 days trip (2.5 full days to enjoy the city)

- almost four weeks ago I had a fall at work
- badly sprained ankle badly bashed up elbow with lost of much skin and blood
+ didn't keep me out of the truck to long
but I have been having issues with my arm,as I thought the pain was emanating from all the missing skin and it healing
but the last week my arm is been getting worse

Had to go back to the doctors today,my elbow is the size of my thigh and the pain is indescribable,I have been told to take the rest of the week off,as I have only had two days of in the last three weeks.

Doctor has sent me for more X-rays and ultra sound scan,He think I may have chipped or cracked something and he knows for fact one of the nerves in my arm is jumping out of it;s position when I move my arm a certain way , so at the moment I'm not even game to go to bed

Wow! To state the bleedin' obvious, that is not good Rick!

Trish has been out of sorts for months with a bad arm and elbow. Not swollen but ultra painful if she bumps it or moves it the wrong way (won't go to the doctor though)  :crazy1: Not that they can do much if nothing broken.

Hope you make a speedy recovery when they get the problem identified.  :fingers:

Dazz if Trish is suffering from tennis elbow(which I do from time to time)tell her to get one of the Tennis elbow straps, they work wonders, managed to find a radiology place that had a cancellation  for the ultra sound tomorrow, other wise I would have had to wait till next month, but won't find out the results till next week

I had tennis elbow twice in about a ten year period. Both times, despite the popular belief that it will self heal, it became chronic and cortisone injections were needed. I've seen stuuf lately where they aren't in favour of these any more, but I can tell you, they fixed me up both times - immediately.

I've had it too and a cortisone injection fixed it.  :goodjob:
It can be a bit hit & miss though....  :undecided:

So I've been told.
But I'm 2 from 2 so I've got nothing to complain about.

Good to hear.  :goodjob:
I've also suffered from De Quervain's tenosynovitis in both my wrists and cortisone ended up fixing that too.
That too was a bit hit and miss until they suggested injecting the cortisone with the aid of an ultrasound scan.

I wonder if that treatment would work with tennis elbow?  :undecided:

I hope you are on the mend soon, Rick.  I agree with you about the tennis elbow straps.  I had tennis elbow about twenty years ago (playing cricket), and the strap helped immensely.

- Head to Brunei in June for a few days

- No beer in Brunei

Sorry to hear your latest news, Rick and I hope you recover soon. I do relate though.
I've had similar issues in the past - trouble with RSI of the penis, AKA tennis penis.
Apparently contracted by smashing balls from one side of the net to the other.
Not too many problems other than a massive swelling that doesn't subside by rubbing Dencorub (:link: Dencorub offers pain relieving creams, gels, rubs to help soothe the pain of Arthritis.) into it.

I have had cortisone injected with the aid of Ultrasound, definitely worked but Fork did it hurt, but I have also had the failures over the years with cortisone as well.

And No Dave you can't fix Tennis penis with cortisone  :whistler:
