Well, after more than three years and 127,000 kms my faith in the i30's reliability was shattered today. 
My daughter was following me and when we stopped she told me that my right hand brake light globe has blown.
Just not good enough, is it? 
It's the first defect I've had and such a big one too...

And 60 Minutes might be interested too.
It's a pretty bad state of affairs when you go three years without a single blow then all of a sudden it happens without warning.
And at the back end too.  It could have resulted in disaster.
