No, it was as a result of a complaint from another motorist actually.
She was ok to deal with but she had a twerp in another car following behind who also pulled up and started banging on about referring it to her solicitors to sort out..... yeah, whatever, heard it all before.
I just obtained details and passed them on to another office who were following it up.
As I said, she was fine, her friend was a first class goose.
