Well naming the children by specific and extraordinary names were typical in USSR times, especially in the course of it foundation; some children were named after communist leaders, others after great achievements of USSR and so on: as an example - Dazdraperma is decoded as Da zdravstvuet pervoe Maya that means "May the first May live long" or "Bless the first May"   something like that (I don't have a dictionary, so I tried to convey a common meaning)
