Loads of photos from the Safari Park trip, this park was originally started up by Chipperfield as a haven for older animals.

There is a drive through area where the animals are free to roam, they removed the chimps to an island in the park which you have to visit by boat, I can remember as a child watching them snapping my fathers car ariel in half as we drove through.  Due to pretty awful weather when we first arrived many of the animals were in hiding,  but as the day went on we saw most of them, the chimps being the only notable exception.

On to the lions then, complete with cub doing his best to annoy the living daylights out of the rest of them!
