Where exactly, because most stay at manufactures spec, except for vans used to transport offenders where the rear windows are darkened for privacy, they commercial vehicles anyway so when modified with the prisoner area the rear windows can't be seen by the driver anyway.

If you mean where in Townsville, then I have no idea.  :undecided:

And I'm pretty sure my friend wasn't referring to the rear windows etc of police vehicles. She's a bit of a car enthusiast and has had all her cars tinted in FNQ so does have some idea of what's legal and what's not....

What part of the act do you reckon covers operating a police vehicle with illegal tint?  :undecided:
