We never ever buy beefburgers - we always make our own. We buy lean beef from our butchers, mince it ourselves and press it into burgers without any additives except for a touch of salt and fresh ground black pepper.

because these burgers are so low in fat content, you have to be careful not to overcook them or they will be dry.


Delicious with fried onions, mature cheddar cheese and sliced dill pickle on a burger bun accompanied by crisp home cooked french fries

I am salivating at the thought whilst tryping this. :goodjob:
