I'm looking to change the spark plugs for the first time on a 1.4 petrol i30 but can't find them!... anyone know where they are?

Took off the plastic cover over the top of the engine (secured by two bolts) expecting to find them there.
Car is 2009 model, engine is DOHC 16V.

Not sure if this is a reasonable DIY job or if I just have to resort to the garage...

Did you trace the HT leads to see where they go?

This same question was answered quite recently, by phil I think, and they are under some electical gubbins which replaces the dizzy as far as I recall....  however, I am in the very early stages of dementia so wait till someone with a more reliable memory tells
