Neil (the publican) is aware the club is coming. He told me the cost of the full spit roast meal (dead pig & dead cow) is $20/head.

With one week to go can I please have an indication of those who will be meeting at the BP servo. I'm thinking an 0900-ish arrival for an 0930 depart to the next meeting point at the ettamogah pub targeting a 1030 depart to the lunch spot at the Appolonian. That permits an easy two hours drive for lunch. I vaguely recall booking for 1230, I'll call them and confirm.

I'm open to suggestions on timing and the route to the pub for lunch btw so if there's a better plan, lets have it.

Keith, I'll be there with my wife, daughter and sister-in-law. I've booked for 4. 12.30 is what I told them when I booked.
At this stage we'll have to make our own way there as my daughter will be driving up to our place from Brisbane. We'll probably leave here (Caloundra) at about 11am so we'll see you all at the Tavern.

Your suggestion that the Brisbane brigade misses the Ettamogah sounds like a good idea.
