Now that was a close call! A speeding biker manages to dodge a van at the last second

...and my poor Brother was only doing about 40kms on his Scooter (not very manouverable) and nowhere to go apparently

Less rear and more front brake probably would've helped....   
But being aware of what was happening ahead before roaring past would've helped even more...
