Guys,
just thought I would start a thread...

I have a suggestion to help viewing of the forum..
In most forums you can change the number of posts you view on each page.
I can not find anywhere to change this? Can it be done here? I normaly like it to be 50 or 80 posts per page.

Also, can we have a section for Forum suggestions / help etc Just to keep rubbish threads like this away from the important stuff...

Dave..
Love ya work..

While Im here.
Can we have a quick reply box at the bottom of each thread.. So we can just type away with out having to click reply and then end up at a new screen.

Obviously the full reply box is needed for full info replys.. But I found the quick reply to also be usefull...

Quick Reply isn't a standard feature. It's an add-on.
I'll get Toxxic to install when he's got a chance

I think 40 post's per page is way to much, a thread with a lot of pictures gets very loooong  ;)

20 post's per page would be better in my opinion.

Is it possible to change the size of the avatar, to at least 150 pixels in width?

It's easier to put a picture of a car in a 100 pix height and 150 pix width avatar.

Like here:

This is how it's now:

Harder to fit your car in the avatar area.

Maybe 150x150 avatar would be for the best, unless the mods think it's to big.

Hi Hemmi..

Hopefully the Gurus (grovel, grovel) Dave and Toxxic.. might be able to go 150x100? or better (Who knows what I could do with that much space!)  :D

Hey BD...

Does your avatar say what I think it says?

The D.H. ?

You shouldn't be so hard on yourself...

Darryl..

haha
No.. The D&H shield  (There is a & between the D and the H) is from a Railway Company in the USA that I model. It is in no reference to me or anyone..
It was just an avitar I chose until I get my I30. Then when I can take a pic of that I will change it..

Ahhh... now I see the and  :o

The new house we have on the drawing board has a big room down stairs called a "Train room" 7.5 x about 5 metres.. We have a HO model train set in one of our 3x3 mtr bedrooms but it's just too squeezy... But haven't heard of D+H?

At the risk of going off topic just a couple of quick pix..

Darryl,
No Problem. The Delaware and Hudson is (was) the oldest railway in the USA. It is now taken over by the Canadian Pacific.

Am in the middle of building a new layout along the walls of my rumpas room at present so no models to show off. Oh and I model N Scale..

What a wonderful site this is - avid i30 fans and model railways as well - I'm in heaven!  :D

(Don't have a model railway of my own - yet...)
