Hi All,

The silver trim on my steering wheel is very scuffed/scratched and I have found a dealer in Britain who will supply a new wheel at a good price!

How difficult is it to remove and replace the wheel?

Cheers Guys and Gals!

Steve.

Disconnect youe negative lead from your battery.

There are 2 torx bolts to undo on the side of the steering wheel., which provide access to the air bag.

Disconnect air bag connectors and remove.

After undoing the nut on the steering column, a special tool is required to pull the wheel off the shaft. DO NOT TAP WITH A HAMMER.

Here's a pic.
