Nothing to worry about IMO.

LED's ARE capable of eye damage as they are now available in the UV range which IS dangerous. However, lights in other colours are very specific in their wavelength emissions which fall in the range of visible light, so where's the danger.

However, in ANY colour, the output intensity is increasing as manufacturing processes develop. Do not look directly at led's if it makes your eyes feel uncomfortable. Common sense should tell you that.
