Hunter Yelton, 6, suspended for kissing girl, now called 'sexual harassment' in Colorado

A SIX-YEAR-OLD boy has been suspended twice from his US school and labelled a "sexual harasser" for kissing a female classmate he has a crush on.

School officials in Canon City, Colorado, are now accusing young Hunter Yelton of sexual harassment and have officially put it on his student record.
Hunter's mother, Jennifer Saunders, said he kissed a female student on the hand during reading group which led to him being suspended for two days from school.
She said he also kissed the same student on the cheek, which earnt him another suspension.

Maybe the full story will tell both sides.  It seems like the boy was told not to do something, he continued to do it.  Probably a bit far with the "sexual harassment" thing, but obviously the boy's parents weren't taking control of him.

Gee, I'm glad we didn't have those laws when I was a kid.  :eek:
I was an early starter and spent a bit of time behind the classroom.  :)
