Does anyone else have headlight covers that fog up?

Mine seem to do it when there is a change in weather or after I have had the lights on i.e. hot to cold,

It clears if I put the lights on as the heat from the lamps heats the space between the lamps and cover.

Anyone else get this?

In that case, yes. Moisture builds up inside but soon disappears. I just ignore it

Yes

To me it looks as if the headlights are set back in the unit and the plastic is shaped to follow the lines of the car at the front.

As Shambles said and you noted, it's just the change in atmospheric conditions causing it. It's nothing at all to worry about. If it bothers you just put the lights on for a few minutes and it'll clear. If you see drops of water on the glass that indicates a leak, but if it's just foggy ignore it.
