one London homeowner is really testing the market by selling an off-street parking space for £75,000.

Located on Westbridge Road in Battersea SW11, the listing with estate agent Foxtons indicates that it is a single parking space at the rear of a property – so there’s no garage to keep the car safe, merely enough space for it to be parked.

However, on-street parking is relatively scarce and not cheap – and many of the pay and display bays only allow four-hour stays.
