A truck driver is helpless as a biker loses control and smashes into the front of his cab, while his Smart Witness dashboard camera captures the shocking event unfolding.

As the driver approaches a right-hand bend a biker appears, followed by another who, having apparently hit a pothole, goes out of control and smashes into the front of the truck.

Incredibly, the motorcyclist survived after suffering non-life-threatening injuries. He later tried to sue the lorry driver, but because the whole incident was captured on camera the trucker could prove that he was not at fault for the accident.

What on earth did he think gave him grounds to sue to lorry driver. Even without the dash cam, it was obvious he was on the wrong side of the road at impact. The trail of debris would have been pretty obvious.
The lorry driver should be suing him for mental anguish.

I can never get BT.coms video's to work,luckily,being the recipient of a head on (no and not my fault) on a motorbike,not that I have much memory of the accident,I don't really like watching that sort of accident,but he was a very lucky fellow.
