Aston Martin recalls 17,000 cars

Luxury car firm Aston Martin is recalling 17,590 of its sports cars due to a defect.

The British manufacturer said there had not been any reports of injuries or accidents caused by a problem with the throttle pedal.

Those affected are left hand drive cars built between November 2007 and December last year and right hand drive vehicles made between May 2012 and December last year.

The new Vanquish models are not affected.

Without reading the article, I'm guessing the defect is that the offside wheel arches are easy to consume. By hungry dogs.

I was thinking maybe they made them in the wrong flavour!
