I am buying an i30 next sat and just wondering if an iPod 5th generation will connect via Bluetooth to play my music. A friend of mine said you need a special Hyundai cable.

I am looking forward to getting my car next week.

Congrats on the car!

Bluetooth should work fine via the ipod, and as for a special cable, with my iphone 5S, I just use the standard charge cable into the usb and it plays via iPod mode (not bluetooth) fine without the cable. Better to try it first than dish out for the cable if its not required
