Every year US-based global marketing giant J.D. Power teams up with What Car? Magazine to canvass the opinions of the vehicle-buying public.

Their Customer Satisfaction survey results are built from data received from 15,000 motorists between January and March 2014.  Respondents were asked to comment on four key areas of satisfaction.

The areas considered were general appeal (comprising performance, design, comfort and features), quality and reliability, ownership costs and dealer service satisfaction.

Here’s our verdict on the 10 cars that were voted the most satisfying to buy and drive.

I  was hoping the Toyota Camry Hybrid was in there!  :Pout:

I still haven't seen a car under A$50,000 I want more.. Absolutely delighted with my owner's experience so far!

If I was updating now I can only think of a couple of others I'd consider (in medium to large cars) Mazda 6 Wagon or maybe a Skoda Octavia Superb ...
