One upon a time all Australian Police Forces employed 'black trackers.'  I think NSW paid off their last one around 1970.  I recollect as a young copper in 1967, learning about the NSW black trackers.  They tracked down a lot of the bushrangers and murderers on the loose. :goodjob2:
