No it's a liquid that you apply with a foam applicator, it's called "Forever Black Signature Series Professional"I cant remember where I got it from but I've used this bottle for about 5 years and it's still half full.

Anything that touches those factory alloys will mark them, the coatings are very soft and Hyundai left marks on my original alloys after re-balancing the wheels which I didn't notice till a month or more later and they denied doing it No marks on the new rims yet but I only ever use rags and a sponge on my wheels.
