hi every i30 fd owner please ask my for help as i am very knowledgable with i30s

hi everyone I run garage and specialize in remapping and rebuilding i30's I have a fair bit of knowledge regarding engine gearbox and some electrical, I have just rebuilt my i30 2.0 crdi and mapped it , just fitted k40 hybrid turbo ,jenson supercharger axis injectors running at 38psi dyno run shows 203bhp but I aint finished yet lol

That'd be tyre pressure Phil

Seriously though I read it as 38psi of boost :o

You can always fit one of the 2ltr turbo diesels from the ix35

No factory i30 has been delivered anywhere in the world with a 2.0 CRDi for approx. 5 years...

They never came to OZ and are probably quite scarce in the UK too (I imagine)

The motor is an older design with a belt driven cam rather than the chain driven cam in the i.6 CRDi

You lucky blighter! They do have a bit more grunt than the 1.6 by all accounts...

If was an older design was it the same 2.0 in the XD Elantra in the Uk? I remember that diesel had similar figures to our 1.6.

I never drove it but from all accounts it wasn't all that Much better. At least not enough to sell it here. But that's just what I heard.
