Hi folks
I've just had my front pads replaced on my 2011 2 litre i30 at the 120k service.
I'm told the rears are like new ?
Good news I guess.  :)
The dealership that used to look after the car wanted to replace them at around 75K ?
Makes you think doesn't it !

Got 136k out of mine before I sold it. Still had enough to pass roadworthy

Got the impression they "fixed" that on the GDe Tourer. The pads appear much softer  :undecided:

My Dodge Caliber had 120,000 (9 years old) on the clock when i traded it in for the i30. Plenty of material still on the pads.

One thing I might add ... when the mechanic showed me the pads they still had at least 3 or 4 mm on them but were almost touching the metal 'squeal' clips or whatever they're called ? ;)
