I've read this thread TA Radio problem

Have the same problem but the car (2008) is out of warranty so wondering if there is a home/DIY fix to restore TA?

Hi Phil,

We don't get TA here in the RSA so I cannot help but hopefully someone here that uses theirs will be able to help in due course

Have you tried pulling the memory fuse, letting the radio reset to defaults and then see if you are able to get it to work? Just take note if your radio head unit has a security code beforehand.
