Hi,
Could someone kindly expand upon the GD i30 owner manual information about the Auto Wipe function, in particular the turning of the 'speed control knob' to 'vary the speed setting'?

 :Dunno:

Thanks in advance

Thanks for that - I didn't see that thread when I did a search on the topic before posting.
That thread pretty much explains it for me.
Though I now need to get used to the feature of varying speed of Auto Wipe. I figure the 'slowest' response/longest sweep delay setting is with the arrow turned down to the lower setting (alongside the narrowest mark)?

Thanks again

Yep - that's the least sensitive setting.

I know exactly what you mean - I find the search can return interesting results sometimes.

A number of times I have gone searching, for something I know has been discussed, using what I thought was the most intuitive and/or obvious terms for what I am looking for - and haven't seen the result I was looking for (or it has been way, pages, down the list).   Just the way different people word things differently I suppose.

Slightly off topic but the first time I used the rear washers on my  GD I thought they had forgot to put a spray jet on the supply tube , it sure pumped the water out in in one rush.
