Debbie, can we assume if the car only has 2,000 kls on it, this problem was there from new?
Certainly I'd be taking it back to the dealer.
But, down the track, be aware that any reputable wheel alignment specialist with up to date equipment should have the ability to adjust the steering angle sensor.
But, it's a confusing little issue. In older cars if the steering was pulling, an alignment was called for. These days, things are a little more complicated.
BTW. It might sound silly and we can assume the alignment centre checked, but are your tyre pressures all up where they should be?
