I have a 2015 i30 Active X with about 2000km on the clock. The steering pulls very hard to the left. I have taken the car to a reputable steering and suspension service centre. All 4 wheels are aligned. The service canter has told me to be take the car to the dealership and that it could possibly need electronic steering sensor re calibration. Has anybody else had similar problems? Was there a solution?

Yes.

And dealer tweaked it and all was well

It took minutes and did while i waited

Debbie, can we assume if the car only has 2,000 kls on it, this problem was there from new?
Certainly I'd be taking it back to the dealer.
But, down the track, be aware that any reputable wheel alignment specialist with up to date equipment should have the ability to adjust the steering  angle sensor.

But, it's a confusing little issue. In older cars if the steering was pulling, an alignment was called for. These days, things are a little more complicated.

BTW. It might sound silly and we can assume the alignment centre checked, but are your tyre pressures all up where they should be?
