There are plenty of cars we can name that we're not big fans of, but some are so terrible they deserve to be locked away in the scrapyard of history.

But which four-wheeled abominations of the last 20 years fit the bill?

We've teamed up with the review team at AutoCar magazine to list the worst seven motors of the last two decades - those that are better off destined for the crusher than a classic car collection.

Thanks Lester, that was interesting. I reckon the Cross - fire actually looked pretty good from some angles, but I never got to drive one. The step-daughter drives a PT Cruiser against my better judgment.  I didn't get a chance to stop her...
