I've decided to swap from my usual Castrol 0W-40 to the 5W-40.

2 bottles for less than the normal price of 1 x 0W made it hard to resist....
To be honest though, I actually only bought one, my lovely partner bought the other for me... 

Maybe it's not quite as good as the 0W but at the end of the day I figure, is it really gonna make that much difference? 

I'm willing to take the punt...

I got the lucky last bottle.

I have one other 5W 30 to use 1st which will get used at Trish's 2nd 12 month service due this September.

Although, if I miss out it's not the end of the world as I've already got 3 bottles from Autobarn, 2 earmarked for my i30 and 1 for "Gazoo".

Bit late posting this but I did make it to Supercheap Auto on Sunday and yes, I scored a bottle for $25 using my $5 voucher... 

Sue decided to get some for her car as well and being a member, she also got it for $25.

My daughter, who was spending the afternoon with us also decided to get some for her Hyundai Accent's next service...
Much to her disgust she had to pay the full $30...

Nice Job Russell. I wonder how long they will keep doing these club promos. I only ever use the credits for stuff already on special. I don't get sucked in to buy a heap of other stuff like they hope you will...

I'm the same, Daz...
Last time I used one of their promo offers, I think it was a set of wiper blade refills and a bottle of windscreen washer fluid for $5.
Naturally the wiper refills on offer weren't suitable for the i30 as they were both the same width but I eventually convinced them to give me a set that did suit (and normally sold at a higher price than those in the offer) for no extra cost.

'Twas a shame I only remembered after I left the store that I'd actually replaced the original blades previously so both refills needed to be the same width... doh!
