Does anyone know of any problems with getting side skirts fitted?

I have been told that at present you can't get genuine ones fitted as they have had problems with them falling off!!

If that really is the case are there any non-genuine ones that can be fitted and are they any good?

That was getting them fitted as an option on anything other than a SR

So not factory fitted.

My 'standard' ones were a bit loose on one end only, which they fixed in my first service...

Hi Tracey, I think I mentioned my spoiler before.. I still haven't gone around to get it fixed. Hyundai has sent a new spoiler to the service centre I go to..I just haven't had the time to go due to work.

I thought it was a whole new bolt on bumper? If it's add-ons like the side skirts this might help

that tape and a couple of screws are what holds the skirts and spoilers on.

i took Heidi too the doctors (the dealership) and yes they will sort it out, Yes u r right 2i30.. screwed on inside the wheel arch and sticky taped on a few spots around the front.... seems water has got behind the spoiler and the tape has lost its stickiness. .... not happy... paid over a grand for the sports kit and its only held on by sellotape...

Mine has s/s clips on the sils that the side skirts and clipped to and they are screwed in the wheel arches.....

I dont think they will be goin anywhere anytime soon

My right side skirt keeps loosening up every time it gets tightened, so it looks like a new one will have to be ordered... the car itself is perfectly fine but what's with the accesories?! My spoiler, the floor mat, my ongoing problem with the side skirts......
