First post here on the forum. We had a Hyundai i30CW diesel as a rental car in Europe for a month and liked it so much that we bought one when we came home! Gasser since engine since there is no diesel option in Canada. :-(

Anyways for some reason in Canada, roof rails are not standard. I'm sure these could be added but does anyone know if that would that involve removing the headliner?

Assuming you have the usual two plastic covered recessed channels running the length of the roof, there should be 4 little removable caps where you would mount cross bars into the provided screw holes. If they are there, I guess the roof rails would mount into the same holes.
