In the Singapore context, the acronym MSCP refers to Multi-Storey Car Park. The photographs were shot at the top level of a MSCP that is meant for use by residents and visitors of HDB  (another Singaporean acronym for Housing Development Board) apartments nearby. Or the MSCP could be for commercial buildings too under another govt department.

And have you changed your headlamps? Are they 6000K LED?

hi! sorry i missed out on this question.

yes i have changed my headlamp bulbs to LEDs, still working well after 1.5 years. for badges i get them from aliexpress
