I know this is an i30 club but I just got a Hyundai Kona. A friend sent a link with similar problems with the i30 that I am having with my Kona.
It has had 4 flat batteries in the 4 weeks I have owned the vehicle.
The battery goes flat if I had not used the car the previous day.
I had front and rear cameras installed by Hyundai prior to picking it up and also front and rear sensors.
So far they have made changes to the camera (which wasn't shutting down), and an upgrade to the multi media, radio??
I have three computer print outs from the NRMA. The first measured drain test 1.55A, the second 1.70A and the third 0.07A.
Battery recharge results have been 71CCA, 285CCA and 302CCA.
It is currently back at Hyundai, being look into again.
If you have had a similar problems, any feedback would be great.
