Sadly, just arrived home from local (Port Fairy Folk Music Festival) and both my i30 and Getz have hail damage. Dunno where I stand with insurance but I'm very pissed off! My car (i30) was damn near perfect body wise... not a scratch!! For 16 months I've never parked next to another another car and the body was literally perfect WRT scratches/dings.Buggar!!!
looks like it going be repair for $7500 and take 3 weeks to fix
just A UPDATE OUR CAR IS BOOKED IN TO BE REPAIRED on the 29th they said it would take 2 weeks to fix
Mine's booked in in a couple of weeks for an assessment. I hope I do as well. I still have to put $500 excess towards it though (actually $1000 - 2 cars )
I'm in a bloody long queue and will not get it fixed until June and will take a week!
It surely couldn't take more than a week each car so I assume they are doing them one at a time!
just a update picked up the i30 today what a good job its the same has a new car a full respray the blue is a little darker we are happy now i can put on my sr wheels
