The clock on my FD seems to lose time..about a minute every month. Does it rely on the car battery itself or is there another one ?

I have set the clock to manual because it cant figure out DST

Not to sure if you meant the dates, but just in case these are they:-

Daylight saving time 2019 in Denmark will begin at 02:00 on
Sunday, 31 March
and ends at 03:00 on
Sunday, 27 October
All times are in Central European Time.

Therefore at the end of March, your clocks go forward one hour and the end of October they go back one hour

Let me clarify..
I am not worried about DST or its dates.
The minute indication goes behind by a minute every month.
For ex, if it is supposed to be 10:00, it actually shows 09:59. A month later, at the same point, it shows 09:58 and so on...

Mine does that too. I attribute it to either seconds lost during cranking or just a poorly designed PLL

Yeah. Thinking about it, my FD used to lose time too. had to adjust it every 2 or 3 months.

Yep, the clock is ticking on this one.. but not quite fast enough!

That's why they dragged their feet with the warm start issue!
