What a *(&^&^%$£"£ given that the wholesale price at approx $88 per barrel is lower than when it was at it highest last year $180+ per barrel

I filled up down here on Thursday 1st of April and Diesel was A$128.9 at BP might have been slightly cheaper elsewhere in town..
