The i30 was the 4th best selling vehicle in Australia and best selling small car, ahead of Corolla and Mazda 3 (without even including the Elantra which is essentially an i30 sedan)

The Rav 4 is going ok too.

60% are hybrid too I heard. Which is a shame, because they are quite expensive, and I won't be able to get a discount.

They think some of that might be pent up demand for such a vehicle. It could settle down a bit in time, but I didn't think Toyota discounted as much as some anyway...
