Not bad, though I would use a recording device to record all conversations (legal in Queensland, varies in other states).
I am sure you will find various dealers employees will continually breach consumer law with their statements. This will provide a fair bit more ammo when you say, I am going to progress this case to the ACCC and I am in possession of the following recordings which I believe are in breach of the Consumer law (and very likley undertakings previously made to the ACCC).
Should get those aforementioned legal blokes pucker moving enough to justify the service cost.
But again, I don't like playing fair, and I definately don't want my car sitting on the sidelines while I argue something in Court.
As an aside, don't we pull heads out of engines, machine or replace them and put them back?
